That seems overkill for your size.....Your liver is prolly pissed!

I can't imagine you needing anymore than 175 at most....Unless you are bulking and just get all the extra protein in your calorie surplus

i agree it is overkill. Im not "trying" to get that much but i love eating meat and by the time i eat my turkey and chicken, add my post workout shake, and snack on a quest bar it hits fast!
