LSU should be #2 and ahead of Bama....just for the fact that LSU has no competition in a talent enriched state for recruiting.....Bama is in direct competition with Auburn in a state that doesn't have the talent as often as LA.......

With this kind of mindset A&M & UGA should be #1 & #2

I'd argue that Bama's resources make it more attractive. Recruiting budget, funds, etc are matched by only a couple teams in the country. 2nd, We've always had AU in the state and always won so that's not an issue.

High school talent. I've always heard that Alabama talent isn't up to snuff but we always beat teams that are supposedly better. I have no idea where this comes from and when our high schools play out of state teams they compete very well. I've always thought this was such a bogus statement. LA, Florida, GA talent is great but Bama high school talent is as good as anybody. To say top 7-8 is just plain...whatever. This job takes a backseat to no one. Basketball no, baseball no, football, we are in a small room of qualified candidates and history has proven that.

Yes Louisiana has some great talent on deck and has been above average over the last few years. However, Alabama has great talent as well. I don't think one can difinitively say that either state produces a significantly
More than the other.. With that being said they still have to contend with auburn.
