I am torn between the following two posters’ (Geauxtiga’s and 777Tiger’s) arguments.

But CSS will garnish wages
I don't see the point of taking it to court
Actually I believe in la you have to take your order to CSS to have them garnish wages so going to court seems like a waste of time
