nope, both parents are liable for child support, not just the man, if she has income it can be garnished,, if she doesn't the meter will start running, with interest and every time she gets a job child support will be paid first, baseline must be established by a court order

I am torn between the following two posters’ (Geauxtiga’s and 777Tiger’s) arguments.
