Viridiana is one of the greatest films I've ever personally seen.
If you haven't seen Scenes From a Marriage do so, Bergman was a wonderful director.
The Exterminating Angel is another great one.
Russian Ark (21st Century) is the first feature length movie ever filmed entirely in one consecutive shot. Supposedly it took them around 12 tries to get it right, but the final work is a masterpiece that would be very hard to replicate today.
