As it is, most of the country imply he is an evil little dictator that relies on trickery an unscrupulous tactics
He is actually a perfect example of height prejudice. He is probably one of the 5 shortest college head coaches yet he is the best coach of all, it shows you HAVE to be exceptional to be short and make it to the top of an organization. If you are short and just average you will be gone or passed over for promotion way faster than a taller person with the same credentials.
