Not sure if they qualify as delicious, but foods that I like, eat regularly, and are considered healthy (I think) include:
Almonds
Walnuts
Eggs
Sushi
Venison
Bananas
Beans - pinto or red
Fish (salmon, trout, etc.; baked, pan seared, smoked)
Steel-cut oats with ground flaxseed and blueberries
