I like Johnny. Everybody likes Johnny. That's why he got this job.

He was given an opportunity here I don't think he would have gotten anywhere at a comparable level because of who he is and who he knows.

He's paid his freight recruiting but he needs to stay in step in the other aspects. To this point I'd say some of the criticism is warranted. I have no problem in raising the standards and expectations. This program will never get to where it can until we do.
