Terrelle Pryor was pretty much unanimously considered to be the top overall quarterback in the nation when he came out. Really hard to compare the two unless Franks dominates camps/AA games the way Pryor did.

True that, I kind of think he was somewhat the "Lebron" of college football when he was high school. Really highly rated. The point I'm kind of trying to make though is a similar build. It sounds to me like he has a similar build, but a better passer, but more limited mobility to Pryor.

I just saw that in his junior season he rushed 28 times for 425 yards (15.2 average). I don't know if that's him playing against scrubs or what. But yeah, those numbers certainly seem more like a guy who can run, but doesn't really want to.
