Our last two HCs came from Michigan State and Oklahoma State with a record of 34-24 (23-16) and 28-21 (16-16), respectively.
I would assume going this route again (mildly successful collegiate HC with NFL experience)... I would love to get James Franklin, but Penn State has already matched what Miles is making here, so I don't see that as realistic.
Otherwise, I don't see any names that jump out to me.
