I have herniated disk in my L4, L5, and S1. Also was diagnosed with Degenerative Disk Disease at 18.
shite sucks.
Stretch your hamstrings every morning.
Also lie on your back and cross your right leg over your left knee, then starting pulling your left knee towards you. Stretch for a couple of seconds, then switch (putting your left leg over your right knee).
Usually that helps.
I am about to start Lyrica, which in testing dosages from my doctor has worked well with my sciatica.
