Women have a different physical make up than men. For starters, their muscle structure means they naturally lack the same amount of upper body strength than men. I can't speak for the SEALs or their BUDs training but I do know armor. Here's a good example of why women should never be allowed in a tank.....

Loading the main gun on an Abrams.
The minimum standard is to be able to reload the 120mm gun in 4 seconds or less. A loader will have to be able to keep this pace up for as long as the tank is in contact with the enemy. Each round weighs just under 50 lbs. In addition to this, the loader is responsible for maintaining the main gun which requires them to be able to manhandle the breach block. To do this they have to be able to remove and manipulate the breechblock in the confined space of the turret. The weight of the breech is well over 100 lbs.


And if they can't hack it in a Abrams, I'm quite certain they could not hack BUDS.
