So much wrong here. At least Hendrix could actually play a guitar.

The longest of those songs is 5:12
The intro alone for Little Wing is better than anything Cobain ever did

I appreciate songwriting over musicanship.

Kurt Cobain could play a guitar, he just wasn't into pointless 5 minute guitar solos.

Eh, he has a point. Hendrix was definitely not a great songwriter.

And the songs you listed are definitely not better than anything Cobain did. That is complete nonsense. Crosstown Traffic is better than Smells Like Teen Spirit? Huh? Please punch yourself in the dick.
