That 10% thing isn't accurate. No bail bonds is getting people out with just $75. Some do payments, but they are not accepting just what is due to the jail. They have to get at the least what the jail gets and what their insurer gets. In some states, the bond company can't get you put back in jail for not paying. They have to wait for you to skip court. It is a business that the jails and insurance companies make the most money with the least risk.

Interesting. So, take me through the process of being a misunderstood thug. I rob a lady and get a $10,000 bond set on me. What would my momma have to do to get me out of jail?
