It has nothing to do with weather and everything to do with the fact those places have the most black people.

Meh. It has everything to do with the weather. In Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, all of Florida, they have high tech all weather tracks and they compete and train year round.

Miami Gardens Xpress starts training their kids at 4

Imo it's the weather that allows year round training.

Eta see you're talking distance running, and I'm clueless on that so never mind

The fact that never gets mentioned. It's the reason the SEC has dominated college football in the post segregation era.
