SEC west champions or bust next year?

Alabama, Ole Miss, Auburn looking to replace QBs next year.
Mississippi State loses all their senior talent and will go back to being Mississippi State.
A&M and Arkansas are question marks.
We were the youngest team this year. That means next year we're the most experienced team. Fournette, Malachi, Quinn, and Harris have over half a year to bulk up, get bigger, faster, more dominant. Improve their vision and football awareness.
Do we under achieve if we do not win the west next year?

i think it is sec west or bust and in turn sec champs. if we dont at least put up a decent 6-2 conf mark then i say miles needs to haul arse.

Hinges on who comes back and who we can land in recruiting to keep our depth strong. We should absolutely contend, but honestly who can expect that until we see major improvement from the QB

We were lucky to win 8 games this year and will probably be lucky to win 8 games next year.

If the QB doesn't change I don't see how LSU wins the West. Can't fault the rest of the players for terrible QB development and play.
That said I am hoping something will click with Harris and he becomes the true team leader and leads them to the promised land next season.

All the talent in the world, coaching and playing the wrong players at certain positions will cost you 2-3 losses and probably back to Gator or Chic A Fil Bowl.

That should be our goal next year and I think we should get it. But falling just short of that wouldn't be a huge disappointment.
