I learned that there is no such thing as an attitude in a management class. If someone tells you that you have an "attitude" ask them what they mean. They will have to point out something that they have observed about you. That observation takes place of "attitude" and becomes the actual problem they have identified. Therefore nothing is actually an attitude, bad or good.
