Mine, too, but not Cajun. Only it sounded more like Vicksav.

My 81 yr old mother in law swears by Vicks to cure all ills. House smells like camphor!

my grandma used to put vicksav under our feet when we coughed at night...helped, got to sleep....

now I do that for my kids when sick and it helps, tretoures( the old people know that name)
