I assumed you asked her if she had two phones because she took a picture of a broken phone with one that presumably works? And it came in as a picture message sent from her? If you calmly, respectfully asked her if she had two phones, which I find acceptable in this situation, and she went off on you as bad as it seems, she's nuts and probably fricking someone else.
Get rid of her.
