No doubt. Fed 4 adults for about $35. I was running low on time so I got the primo to 300* and cooked it to an internal temp of 120*. I pulled it and foiled it while I opened up the primo. The internal temp rose to about 125* while waiting. I then seared all sides of the roast and pulled/foiled it to rest.
