The darkness from the storm this morning made the whole thing cut on during the rain....I'm assuming that messed something up, now the outlet is DEAD...And I can't find anything else that is out besides this one outlet.... I plugged a working nightlight in it, nothing...I flipped all the breakers to off, then back on...nothing... what next ?

This, your outlet is most likely in a series with another outlet. Make sure the little button in the center is not pushed out on any other outlets. (sorry if you knew this)

No problem. First time it happened to me it took a while to figure it out.
