It just makes him look like a worse coach with each one he gets.
If AnM were smart (did I just say that) they would go after someone like Chavis with just plain stupid money. Get a defense to go along with Sumlins recruiting and they could possibly win one more game/year

funny, the article yesterday stated that TAMU was going to go after Chavis. Seriously.
