I think one of the hardest things to do is to see things from another persons perspective.
I try to fair and reasonable.
Also as a current coach, the last thing you better be is sensitive.
I think my experiences in life have helped me to understand things a little better. I think every man has the right to be judged on their own merits, but I am smart enough to know that this will not always be the case.
Truth is we ALL do it. Even with my athletes I tend to stereotype them sometime. The key is to get over yourself and be fair.
