Guy I know has been to Alberta twice in the last 2 years with groups of 10 and 12 hunters
They have yet to come back with a whitetail after spending lots and lots of money

This does not surprise me, 3 out of the 4 hunters I hunted with the first 3 days went home without deer. But 2 missed 150"+ deer at less than 150yds.
This was the same story I got from everyone going home. I killed a mature deer with lots of mass but may make 140". The outfitter thought he may have come from up north because they had not seen him before and he may have had a rough winter the year before.
