Not saying they were all legal, but she lost about 7500 of the votes she had on 11-4. Cassidy picked up about 500.

Those numbers don't seem that crazy for Orleans, given the population and the demographics.

That is a very interesting number. How does the Orleans Parish runoff turnout compare statewide. I am very surprised that many people turned out when this election meant very little to the dems.

I put this another way. In Caddo she got 54% of the vote with 48% black population which equals a plus 6. In Orleans Parish she got 85% of the vote with 60% black population which equals a plus 25. Something smells.
