Miller isn't a prolific passer but he could at least complete basic forward passes on short/intermediate routes.

That, in my opinion, is all we need really. That has been Alabama's recipe for success, along with a great defense.

The difference in us and Alabama is the offense. Saban's QB's actually look like they practice passing in practice, therefore it translates in game time. Hell, when we attempt screen passes it looks like a chinese fire drill most of the time.

Miles had really better do some serious evaluation of his philosophies on offense. We are looking antiquated on offense.

The SEC continues to get tougher as the years go by. You can't expect to just line up and out talent the other team by just running the football in between the tackles. If you can't develop some type of an effective run/pass offense, then you can expect to have three to four losses every year. Luckily for Miles, we get elite talent, so the losses (even with his knuckle dragging offense) per season will never be excessive (however you define that).

Miles really needs to hire an offensive coordinator and let him do his job (keep his hands off the offense). If Cam Cameron is really in charge of the offense, then he was a bad freaking hire.

When Jimbo Fisher was our O Coordinator here, our offense was electric, unpredictable, and very effective. We have been on a downhill slide (offensively) since he's left.

Highly unacceptable considering what we pay Miles and his OC and staff. Somebody up top with the $$ needs to lay the hammer down on this BS. It has been a chronic on and off problem for 10 years.
Starting to wonder if Miles has been over his head since 1/9 - something changed with that a-- whipping.
