LSU must really have a complicated system - freshman quarterbacks are starting all the time with other colleges. I look for Harris to transfer - Jennings will play until he finishes his senior year - so why should he stay to play only one year. He can go elsewhere and leave when he's a junior for the NFL.

I just think it's the system and the whole offensive philosophy in general.

Hannigriff was saying on the post game show that the LHSAA did a study and 90+% of HSs in the state of LA run a spread or a variation of the spread. We recruit guys like this to our "system"

Miles wants to run the ball and control the clock, maintain a efficient passing game, and win with great defense and STs. It is not your defense's job to score points for your offense. It should not be part of your expectations to score 14 points off of turnovers every game. Your offense should be aggressive and score as many points as possible.

Miles believes this to be the only way to skin a cat. He either needs to change his philosophy or recruit QBs that match his system. Gus Malzahn would not recruit Mett to run his system right now even as an NFL starter bc he doesn't fit his system.

It should not take a kid 3 years to learn your system enough to throw for 200 yards a game. Jennings strikes me a smart guy and so does Harris. You telling me they are dumber than someone like Masoli from Oregon who just took off in Chip Kelly's system?

Or Nick Narshall who can learn malzahn's offense in one season? No. The system is broken. Fix it
