Perplexed how tDecline is real if the graph is in fact, not declining.

Not really... The graph uses "cumulative" everything, which is pretty useless. A huge jump at the beginning, dip, then evening out... that's what cumulative stats will get you. I'd like to see the same graphs with season values.
