Chip Kelly is a prime example of a offensive coach who plays to the strength of his QB. Miles on the other hand, wants a game manager and he knows Harris is a gunslinger, therefore, until Harris buys in, he'll sit.

Well what I was told (here we go with this) was early in the season miles and co was practicing spread offense 70% of the time..then they would get to game and inexplicably would revert to this shite again. Person said he had no idea why they kept reverting during the game.
