The reality is almost all of your comments point out part of the problem. We have many problems.

That leads you straight to the guy in charge. When an organization has the elements for success but fails to succeed there is one place only for the failure to rest. The person in charge.

It is not enough for that person to say it is my fault. That person must make the needed changes to correct the failure or the failure continues.

The Board who oversees the person in charge must make the decision of how long they will allow the failure cycle to continue before change at the top position must occur.

There are only two scenarios when a board normally makes changes. 1. Revenue failure 2. A moral failure that will impact the image of the corporation and ultimately the revenue.

IT is really about the money
