I would only be concerned if my son was watching porn 3-4 times a day or something. Anyone who gets angry at their child for watching porn and beating off at 14 years old lacks empathy on a pretty big scale IMO. I remember how many random boners I got at that age for just seeing an attractive woman on tv and you gotta get that poison out somehow.
