Enh, I bet when the cameras went off Maddow and her staff were slamming down champagne by the bucket. Republicans controlling the House and Senate gives her more things to complain about and might drag her ratings out of the mud. A political pundit is lost if they don't have enough to kvetch about.

I was watching MSNBC on election night to see the meltdown. Chris Matthews did not disappoint.
Maddow actually was collected and seemed to be the mature adult within the panel of childish fools.
This did not surprise me to be honest.

I remember after Obama was elected in 2008, Charles Krauthammer said it would be liberating not have to carry W's water any more and go into attack mode for a change.
