It probably depends more on the width than the height
Generally rubbing occurs because a tire is too wide
I'd say you could probably get a 34" in there if you don't get much wider
I went from 275/55 to 275/65 on mine, which is basically 32" to 34", but I kept the same width
Eta: search Chevy forums, on the ford forum, a guy made a table of every posters setup and tire size and whether or not it rubbed. It was all user-sourced info
