I've known hundreds of people that smoke weed and not one is a schizophrenic. On the other hand I've got a cousin who is schizophrenic and he doesn't smoke weed but he drinks to excess, to the point that it's a detriment to him.

List the known bad effects of excessive alcohol consumption and compare the two. By that standard you should be the first one begging for a return to prohibition. Alcohol abuse is much worse medically than pot but I bet you don't preach against that now do ya?
