Bluray TV? Is that a TV built into a bluray disc? What are you trying to stream? You realize that your phone most likely can serve as a wifi hotspot?

We have a blue ray player in the dash with a flip down TV for the rear passangers.
I am trying to avoid the need for disks. I can load the movies onto a SD card as the vehicle has a reader for that.
I was looking to find a way to stream netflix. apple TV seems to be the best bet but it still needs a signal.
