Yeah, the fact checking in this article was awesome. I believe none of the story since they took zero time to try to confirm anything.
I could poke 1000 holes, but it's not worth the time, as anyone who doesn't see them is intentionally blind.

This is the response I expect here.
My guess is those 40,000 will be registered, but not in time to vote in this election.
It is in the court system so the results will be telling and the state officials appear to have pretty much accomplished their goal of enough delaying at this point.
