The original comment said Mett has "all the talent in the world around him." I don't think he does. That's not an all-star cast. If Mett has all the talent in the world around him, then every QB in the league does as well.

I didn't say they have All-star talent. But when you talk about bona-fide All star WRs that would succeed anywhere, there's only a couple of those in the league anyway. A team doesn't need that person to win a Super Bowl.

Skill position depth in the NFL is immense. There's more capable skill position players than there are slots available for them.

I think pretty much every team does have enough skill position talent to compete in the NFL. And some of those players would be all stars if they had great QBs throwing to them. What was Demaryius Thomas doing before Manning? Being a mediocre WR. Now he's a top 5 WR. There are many WRs in this league that could be doing what he's doing in that offense.

The thing is there aren't enough great QBs to take advantage of the talent. There's a QB talent shortage, not a skill position shortage.

I'm done with this topic, but I had to address this.

Demaryius Thomas is probably my favorite WR in the league. Arguably has the best physical attributes in the NFL behind Calvin. 6'3", 230, 4.38 forty, the speed to break 80 yard runs and the strength to stiffarm mfers in the face. You can't hold the Tebow-era against him. Literally no WR can succeed with Tebow at the helm. I think DT is a top 5 WR even with a half-decent QB.
