Here's a serious question for the LEO of the board. How is the commander of this raid not being held criminally liable- at all? He knew there were kids in the house. They get the wrong apartment. He still goes in. The negligence is overwhelming. An innocent kid dies.
Or is this just SOP for SWAT teams to kill women and children whenever they want with no consequences?
