I just put a set of Coopers on my ram as well - S/T Maxx 275/6520 - this is my second set I really like them, they are a little more aggressive than the AT but the tread is wide so they aren't as noisy as others that are similarly aggressive. Also bought from Tread Depot.com, best prices beat all the local cooper dealers by a long shot.

I got my AT3's from Skidmarks in BR for $1100. That includes tires, mount and balance, road hazard ins., and tax. I've heard of people getting them for way less with the rebates too. I love mine so far.
ETA: And they are 275/60/20's which is a 33" tire. They are 4 ply though, largest 4 ply they make in the AT3's IIRC.
