Maybe. Dallas seemed to be the place careers went to die for a little while there. I'm sure the everyday NHL fan tuning into Stars game early last year had the first thought of, "Ray Whitney, Sergei Gonchar, and Erik Cole are all still playing? Is Dallas in some alternate dimension where it's still 2002?"

Literally the exact thought I had in my head at the end of last season when I tuned into the preds/ stars game in like march or April
