I agree with one thing you said... "He has forgotten more about X's and O's..." Either that or someone else is dictating the play calling when my 16 year old daughter who watches football about as much as rantards play with Barbies', can figure out every play before they happen and laugh... then there's a problem with the offensive scheme. Sometimes the stuff someone knows gets in the way of them seeing the truth of what is happening right in front of them...
