This may be part of your problem. Last year you were shooting a .330 spine arrow, this year you are shooting a .413 spine arrow. If the .413 spine is on the weak side your arrows aren't flying straight and can cause issues with penetration. The Blue Streak 350s would have been closer to what you had previously shot with a .347 spine. I'd bet if you paper tuned your bow you'd get a nock left tear (assuming you are right handed)

What length are your arrows?

While this is true, something is going on with his setup or shot placement to happen twice in a weeks time. You should get a pass through with a 60+ pound modern compound 90+% of the time if you don't hit a large bone.
