He travels there very frequently for work.

The reason it's "good" news is bc I was very upset that he was allowed to fly home yesterday and that my friend was so nonchalant about his illness. He described his symptoms as flu-like & I posted a few times yesterday trying to get an understanding of how easily it's spread. I played tennis with his wife today and didn't want a lot of contact with her.

That said, it's "good" news bc it seems the dr's office took his illness & travel much more seriously than others had up to this point. It's also good news that his symptoms are congestion and cold-like instead of flu-like.

I still didn't let her have a sip of my beer today.

Well well well. Here we have the standard recoil from an unknown danger. Back in the days when we didn't know you basically couldn't get AIDS unless you had anal sex, or shared body fluids from a Hatian hemophiliac prostitute, (or went to a gay dentist who didn't properly sterilize his equipment), people like you didn't want their toddlers going to preschool with other toddlers who had aids. Toddlers never swap fluids. Just don't worry about it. All is well.
