That is an Air Med aircraft that belongs to Acadian Ambulance out of Laf. They all have an LSU logo on the tail - the owner is an LSU grad. FYI when a aircraft goes into to Wiley Post in Okla it is usually for maintenance. After checking flightaware there is no Red Cross on the departure and arrival in B R - so, could be hauling someone with LSU or a relief pilot.
