There is A LOT to playing DT, to be perfectly honest!

It's not just all brute and strength.....technique is HUGE and understanding run vs pass makes the difference in how fast you come off the ball, as well as how to engage blockers, and biggest of all, knowing your gap assignments and/or which gaps to attack!!!

Put it to you this way, linebackers can't do what they do if the DT don't do their job first!!!
