i think they are just young, too many early departures...but it is worrisome that Bain and Gilmore are not more involved, we are getting pushed around there cause were undersized, those two are some of our bigger guys...they need to be in there, but if there not ready, then they're not ready...

I agree with The EGG. It is not like the ones getting most of the snaps are doing much either and they are young as well. Rotate the healthy ones in and see what happens..it couldn't be much worse. Then grade the film, but give them some snaps against quality teams to see where they really are at this point.
The light may turn on for some and for others it may never, but give them a chance. Sometimes, a real game brings out qualities not seen before.

So maybe their 4th year we can start expecting some production? Why are we recruiting 5 stars if they aren't gonna be used till year 3
