That exactly right, he just knows who gives the team a better chance to succeed, at this point.

Jennings is no better than he was in the bowl game last year. He shows no improvement. Maybe he's a Welter type, he knows where everybody should line up and gets the calls correctly, regardless of his performance.

sometimes you have players like rohan davey where when the lights come on in the stadium, something just clicks. maybe practice does go well in the week.

but for anyone to say harris isn't a "practice player" well that's just ridiculous. that kid is going to outwork everyone on the field.

I'll never understand this excuse for Welter. Does it really matter if he knows where to line up if he is getting driven out of position immediately and the opposing team is racking up 300 yards rushing?
