Drop AP to pick up ingram?

I have a team full of potential to be good late season (gordon. AP if he come back. Welker now that he is back) etc
My best RB is ellington now. We only play 1 RB in my league. I know ingram will be out for a few weeks but i kind of want to scoop him up before someone else does. I have to do something to turn my team around. I am currently 0-2

I am in the same boat with AP and Moreno. I picked him up and dropped my kicker earlier this week. Now I have to decide who to drop to pick up a kicker for today.
