I've been 3-4 times in BR. Fun atmosphere and good drinks, there's not really any other places in BR like it (beach/Caribbean).
All the food I've had has been pretty good, except the tacos are just ok at best. Nachos are legit.
Have never had to wait but we usually go mid-afternoon. I would never wait more than 15mins though, unless the ole lady was dead set on it.

Funny, I came on here with a review when I went, saying how disappointed I was in the overpriced, unimpressive meal. And the majority of the people said "You didn't order the right thing - you HAVE to get the tacos!"
I just can't give it another shot, it was that mediocre.
