Part of the problem is anyone can file a lawsuit and "claim" you did something. The NFL should not suspend a player just because someone files a BS suit and the public freak the frick out.

Big difference between someone filing a suit and actually being arrested and charged (or indicted). If arrested and charged they should be suspended with pay until due process is complete.

So what do you think should be the policy?
If one of your employees is in the newspaper and on local TV bringing negative publicity to your business because of their "personal issues", what is your policy or response on Monday morning Mr. Bengal?
